Atlantiq Box is committed to making its website, mobile applications and digital services accessible in line with the following standards:
- the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA from the W3C;
- the French Référentiel Général d’Amélioration de l’Accessibilité (RGAA) 4.1.2 published by DINUM;
- European Directive 2019/882 on the accessibility of products and services (European Accessibility Act), in force since 28 June 2025;
- the harmonised standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1 ("Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services").
This statement covers the website atlantiqbox.com and all of its sub-domains, excluding administrative areas reserved for Atlantiq Box staff.
2. Compliance status
The atlantiqbox.com website is in partial compliance with WCAG 2.1 level AA at the date of this statement, due to the non-conformities listed below (section 4) and to the legally permitted exemptions (section 5).
Atlantiq Box’s goal is to achieve full level AA compliance before the end of calendar year 2026, and to continue working towards level AAA on critical journeys (catalogue, quoting, payment).
3. Test results
3.1 Methodology
The accessibility audit was carried out using a combined approach:
- automated tests with axe DevTools and Lighthouse on every deployment (CI);
- manual keyboard testing (Tab/Shift+Tab navigation, visible focus);
- screen reader testing (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, TalkBack on Android);
- tests with 200% and 400% zoom;
- colour contrast verification (ratio ≥ 4.5:1 for normal text, ≥ 3:1 for large text).
3.2 Overall score
At the most recent audit (date in section 9):
- Lighthouse Accessibility score: 96/100 on public pages (target ≥ 95);
- WCAG AA criteria tested as compliant: 92%;
- Criteria with residual non-conformities: 8% (details in section 4).
4. Inaccessible content
Residual non-conformities identified and their remediation schedule:
| Page / feature | WCAG criterion | Non-conformity | Planned fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product configurator | 1.3.1 Info and relationships | Some control groupings do not use fieldset with legend | Q3 2026 |

If a non-conformity prevents access to essential content or a feature, please contact us (section 8): we will provide an accessible alternative within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Exemptions
In line with article 14 of Directive 2019/882, certain parts of the site may be subject to exemptions for disproportionate burden or fundamental alteration. These exemptions are documented and reviewed annually.
No exemption is currently invoked for essential features of the purchase journey.
