These elements are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code (CPI), in particular articles L111-1 et seq., L335-2 and L716-9.

Reporting unlawful content

Atlantiq Box will remove the reported content as soon as it becomes aware of its manifestly unlawful nature, in accordance with its legal obligations as a hosting provider (LCEN art. 6-I-2).

In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, Atlantiq Box is a member of the consumer mediation service indicated in our consumer terms & conditions. Any unresolved dispute following a complaint to our customer service may be submitted to this mediator.
