Description

8-metre prefabricated box, L1 model, organised around a central sanitary block including a WC, a wash basin and a shower, flanked by two communicating fully customisable spaces. This partitioned configuration is aimed at companies and local authorities looking for a ready-to-install sanitary/living construction-site module, or a reception point with services for isolated sites. The Corten-steel structure and marine-plywood floor offer the same robustness as a maritime container, with pre-installed plumbing and two electrical sockets per zone. The 50 mm rock-wool insulation and the painted-steel interior finish facilitate cleaning and preserve a proper thermal comfort. CSC and ISO 1161 certifications for handling. Delivered as is — the final installation (water, waste-water and electrical connections) is to be planned on site.
