Description
Hinge + pins set for container doors, a kit of replacement parts for repairing the original hinges. Painted carbon-steel construction, compatible from 10ft to 45ft HC. Container hinges take heavy use and may deform or seize after several years of operation, making opening and closing difficult. The set enables refurbishment without replacing the entire door. Installation requires first removing the damaged hinge, generally by unseizing and grinding off the corroded fasteners. Use cases: refurbishment of a second-hand container under reconditioning, repair after deformation from excessive loading.
